Interaction with the Folder Object

The folder is a key object in the Oz system, containing files (images and/or videos) to be analyzed. When you create a new order, this order forms the Folder object (or uses the existing one) for all affected media to process them. Subsequently, analyses are applied to this folder.

As a user, you can:

• view folders;
• create new folders with files;
• add files to existing folders;
• assign metadata to a folder or file;
• apply analyses to a folder.
• delete a folder or a file within it.

The permissions on what you can do with a folder are defined by your user role.
