Data Format Requirements

Incoming files should meet certain qualify criteria to ensure the analyses’ accuracy. This is just an overview, please find the actual requirements in our technical documentation.

Maximum number of files in a single folder = 10 (can be changed).

Maximum file size = 10 MB (can be changed).

Biometry (Face Matching)

Photos:

• Good quality
• Camera angle: front
• Lighting: clear face outline
• Focus: the face is neither too big, nor too small
• Image format: *.jpeg, *.jpg, *.png

Videos:

• Video duration: up to 5 sec
• Bitrate: 10000 Kbit/sec
• Framerate: 30 fps
• Resolution: 480p and more
• Supported MIME types:
  • video/mpeg
  • video/mp4
  • video/quicktime

Liveness (Quality)

• Video duration: up to 5 sec
• Bitrate: 10000 Kbit/sec
• Framerate: 30 fps
• Resolution: 480p and more
• Supported MIME types:
  • video/mpeg
  • video/mp4
  • video/quicktime

Documents

• Avoid glares or shadows.
• Ensure the background is not overly bright.
• The face in the photo should be in focus and free from any objects.
• The size of the face in the photo should be at least 10% of the frame height, not too small.
• No compressed photos.
