This Privacy Policy is meant to help you understand what information OZ FORENSICS SOFTWARE TRADING LLC (“the Owner”) collects and processes, and what permissions this Demo Application requests.

1. Types of Data collected

Our Demo Application will ask you (“User”) to upload:

• photo, and
• face images made by a camera on Your device.

Hereinafter referred as the “Data”.

The Personal Data may be freely provided by You if You wish to use this Demo Application.

All Personal Data requested by this Demo Application is mandatory and failure to provide this Personal Data may make it impossible for this Demo Application to provide its services. In cases where this Demo Application specifically states that some Personal Data is not mandatory, You are free not to communicate this data without any consequences on the availability or the functioning of the service.

If You are uncertain about which Personal Data is mandatory, You are welcome to contact the Owner.

You are responsible for any third-party Personal Data obtained, published or shared through this Demo Application and confirm that they have the third party’s consent to provide the Data or Personal Data to the Owner.

2. Use of the collected Personal Data (Purpose).

The Personal Data is collected to demonstrate the facial recognition capabilities in the Oz Forensics demo application. Processing Your Personal Data is a necessary part of the service the Owner provides You.

In order to work and perform liveness detection services the Demo Application is requesting to give a Camera permission on Your device.

3. Use scenarios and how the Owner collect, store and process Your Personal Data.

А. On device scenario

By default, when You are using the Demo Application the Owner does not collect, transfer, process or by any other mean interact with any of your Personal Data.

All the Personal Data you are uploading to the Demo Application is processed exclusively on Your device. This Demo Application does not transfer any of the Personal Data to Oz Forensics servers or to third-party servers.

Demo Application sends to Oz Forensics servers the following telemetry data: action name, timestamp of event, session ID, record ID, action session ID for the debugging and maintenance purposes to make sure that the Demo Application is 100% compatible and working correctly. Telemetry data does not contain any personal information and cannot provide the identity Yours.

A1. Place

The Personal Data is processed at Your own device and is not transferred to the Owner. For further information, please contact the Owner.

A2. Methods of processing

The Owner does not process any of Your Personal Data- the data processing is carried out using your own device. Personal Data is not transferred to anyone (including the Owner) and is stored solely on your device.

A3. Retention time

The Personal Data is kept only for the duration of the demo session and it is not stored or transferred outside of this Demo Application and the device.

B. Server-based scenario

When you are uploading the Demo Application, by default you will not have access to server-based scenario, which means that your Personal Data will be processed on Your device only, as described hereabove in Subclause A – “On device scenario”.

However, You may request a demo access to the server-based solution by filling out an application form.

In this case, in addition to Personal Data You will also provide the Owner with:

• Name (mandatory);
• Surname (not mandatory);
• Email address (mandatory);
• Company Name (not mandatory);
• Your country (not mandatory);
• Job title (not mandatory).

so the Owner could contact You and provide access to the server-based solution.

If the Owner decides to grant You an access to the server-based solution, You will be provided with unique combination of login and password.

B1. Place

If You are using the server-based solution you explicitly consent that your Personal Data will be stored and processed on Owners servers in Singapore.

B2. Methods of processing

In case if You are using server-based solution the Owner acts as a data controller and processes Your Personal Data in a proper manner and shall take appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or unauthorized destruction of the Personal Data.

The Owner will not disclose Your Personal Data to any third party without Your explicit approval unless required by law, such as to comply with a court ordered subpoena, or similar legal process, when the Owner believes that disclosure is necessary to protect its rights or to investigate fraud.

The Personal Data processing is carried out using computers and/or IT enabled tools, following organizational procedures and modes strictly related to the purposes indicated hereabove. In addition to the data controller, in some cases, the Personal Data may be accessible to certain types of persons in charge, involved with the operation of the Owner (administration, legal, system administration) or external parties (such as hosting provider) appointed, if necessary, as data processors by the Owner. The updated list of these parties may be requested from the Owner by You at any time.

B3. Retention time

The Personal Data is kept until You decide to delete it. Once you decide to delete your Personal Data it will not any longer be stored on the Owner’s Server. The Owner does not transfer any of Your Personal Data outside of the Owners servers.

4. Your rights

You have control over your information. You may do the following at your discretion:

• Request your Personal Data to be erased (“The right to be forgotten”)
• Request a copy of what Personal Data is captured
• Withdraw your consent with this Privacy Policy at any time
• Lodge a complaint with the authoritative body in your region

Specifically, You have the right, at any time, to know whether Your Personal Data has been stored and can consult the Owner to learn about their contents and origin, to verify their accuracy or to ask for them to be supplemented, canceled, updated or corrected, or for their transformation into anonymous format or to block any data held in violation of the law, as well as to oppose their treatment for any and all legitimate reasons. Requests should be sent to the Owner at the contact information set out here bellow.

5. Device permissions for Personal Data access

Depending on Your specific device, this Demo Application may request certain permissions that allow it to access the Your device as described hereto.

By default, these permissions must be granted by You before the respective information can be accessed. Once the permission has been given, it can be revoked by You at any time. In order to revoke these permissions, You may refer to the device settings or contact the Owner for support at the contact details provided in the present document.

The exact procedure for controlling app permissions may be dependent on Your device and software.

Please note that the revoking of such permissions might impact the proper functioning of this Demo Application.

If You grant any of the permissions listed below, the respective Personal Data may be processed (i.e accessed to, modified or removed) by this Demo Application.

6. Camera permission

The Demo Application requires camera permission on Your device. It is used for accessing the camera or capturing images and video from the device to demonstrate the facial recognition capabilities in the Demo Application.

7. Additional information about Your Personal Data

In addition to the information contained in this privacy policy, this Demo Application may provide You with additional and contextual information concerning particular services or the collection and processing of Personal Data upon request.

8. System logs and maintenance

For operation and maintenance purposes, this Demo Application may collect files that record interaction with this Demo Application (System logs) or use for this purpose other personal data (such as IP Address, operating system version, SDK version, package name, device ID, phone model, time stamp) to make sure that the Demo Application is 100% compatible and working correctly. This data by itself, cannot provide the identity Yours, but it does indicate where in the world the Owners software is being used and on which device and operating system.

9. Information not contained in this policy

More details concerning the collection or processing of Personal Data may be requested from the Owner at any time. Please see the contact information at the beginning of this document.

10. This Demo Application does not support “Do Not Track” requests.

To determine whether any of the third-party services it uses honor the “Do Not Track” requests, please read their privacy policies.

11. Changes to this privacy policy

The Owner reserves the right to make changes to this privacy policy at any time by giving notice to You on this page. It is strongly recommended to check this page often, referring to the date of the last modification listed at the bottom. If You object to any of the changes to the Policy, You must cease using this Demo Application and can request that the Owner remove the Personal Data.
